One dress, two entirely different women.
Role: End-to-End AI Video Production
Brief
Create a story-driven fashion ad that feels like a scene from a film. Make the dress central to a relatable encounter, using tension, character reactions, and a warm resolution to hold attention and show how the same garment can express different personalities.
Production challenge
Prevent character duplication and identity swaps; keep clothing, reflections, gaze and spatial placement coherent while giving the characters natural movement and readable emotions.
Result
The awkward discovery resolves in a shared pose for the photographer, giving the fashion film a complete miniature story.
Tools & workflow
Developed the story and character maps, generated the scenes and refined actions, expressions and transitions. Used separate character references to maintain the two women’s identities and reworked the ending into a shared pose.
